IT Infrastructure & Service Delivery
  • Provide leadership for day-to-day IT operations, including networking, cloud platforms, infrastructure, end-user support, and service management.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of systems across multiple clinic locations.
  • Continuously improve the employee technology experience from onboarding through offboarding by leveraging user feedback and operational metrics.

Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program that protects patient and organizational data.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other applicable federal and state healthcare regulations.
  • Partner with Finance and organizational leadership on risk assessments, audits, business continuity, and incident response planning.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and implement necessary security and compliance improvements.

Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture that emphasizes innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Project & Vendor Management
  • Lead technology initiatives including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, integrations, and modernization projects.
  • Manage relationships with strategic technology vendors, including EHR, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed service providers.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts, establish service expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT data science, business or related field
  • 5 years related IT experience and a strong understanding of computer and data science, data integration technologies and their applications
  • 2-3 years leadership including direct mentoring and managing of others
  • Previous experience working closely with external vendors to select and implement solutions effectively

  • Demonstrated hands on experience with AI/Machine learning models and practices, proficiency in automation platforms
  • Previous experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide clinic leadership and team members from conception through implementation
