‪Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

Position Summary ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

The primary responsibility of the IT Manufacturing Lead is to oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that are designed to improve the production efficiency and product quality within the manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring that company technology aligns with business goals and supports operational efficiency. This position will be working with sensitive information therefore it will require an NDA. The IT Manufacturing Lead will report to the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager.

‪Principal Duties ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

    1.Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
    2.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and project requirements.
    3.Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to foster collaboration, align goals, and drive cohesive efforts towards achieving organizational objectives.
    4.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components. Manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously.
    5.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance.
    6.Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
    7.Manage and prioritize tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
    8.Stay up to date with emerging technological trends and make recommendations for their integration into the organization's systems.
    9.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
    10.Other responsibilities as directed by management.
Skills ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬
    1.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite products (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Office, etc.)
    2.Working knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) and integration technologies required.
    3.Familiarity with system integration methodologies and tools (e.g., APIs, middleware).
    4.Fluency in English required, fluency in Spanish preferred.

  • Qualifications:
      1.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
      2.Minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience in similar role within a manufacturing environment required.
      3.Working knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) and integration technologies required.
      4.Strong working knowledge of SAP required.
      5.Certifications such as SAP Certified Associate, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are preferred.
