Lead Enterprise IT Projects for a Global Technology Leader

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives across North America. This role will manage multiple concurrent IT projects including infrastructure initiatives, enterprise application rollouts, M&A integrations, Office Automation projects, and business technology enhancements.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys working across technical and business teams, driving projects from planning through implementation, and making a visible impact within a global manufacturing organization.

Unlike highly technical architecture roles, this position focuses on project leadership, stakeholder communication, governance, organizational change management, and successful execution.


What You'll Do

You'll lead multiple concurrent IT initiatives while partnering with infrastructure engineers, application teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead multiple enterprise IT projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate cross-functional technical teams across multiple locations and time zones
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs and status reporting
  • Drive project governance following established PMO standards
  • Facilitate executive communications and stakeholder management
  • Lead Organizational Change Management activities including communications, training and user adoption
  • Manage project risks, dependencies and issue resolution
  • Support infrastructure projects, enterprise applications, M&A integrations and technology rollouts
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope and aligned with business objectives

What We're Looking For Required
  • 9+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Experience managing enterprise IT projects
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong project planning, scheduling and execution skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience coordinating infrastructure and application projects
  • Organizational Change Management experience
  • Experience working within an established PMO
  • Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
  • Business fluent in English and Mandarin
