About our group:
This group is part of the Global IT team that partners with Engineering Quality to meet its IT needs.
We explore opportunities to improve existing processes and systems while applying emerging technologies such as AI and ML. The team works with cross-functional IT organizations and external partners to execute projects and engages with senior leadership to provide updates on project progress and outcomes.
About the role - you will:
  • Develop a high-level functional understanding of new opportunities where IT can provide value and support.
  • Develop a multi-year project roadmap working with the business partners.
  • Work with Engineering Quality , cross-functional IT teams, and external partners to execute projects.
  • Provide updates to the Quality organization on the progress and status of various projects.
  • Manage one or more projects simultaneously.
  • Address day-to-day issues as they arise.

About you:
  • You have a broad understanding of the systems used to support high-tech, repetitive manufacturing environments.
  • You have a strong functional understanding of inbound, forward, and reverse supply chains. In addition, you have a solid understanding of quality systems within a manufacturing organization.
  • You understand emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and agentic AI, as well as how these technologies can be applied to improve productivity.

Your experience includes:
  • Experience working with IT business systems, preferably in a manufacturing environment, in either a functional or development capacity.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, preferably in a development or functional capacity.
  • Working knowledge of AI and ML capabilities.
  • Strong project management experience managing multiple projects.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.

You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field and 15+ years of experience; or 12 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years of experience; or equivalent experience.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $132,975.00 - $193,816.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
