Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and operations initiatives (e.g., infrastructure upgrades, network enhancements, platform modernization, IT service management improvements)
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, network, security, and operations
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption
  • Ensure alignment with IT service management processes (change, incident, problem, release)
  • Drive successful transition from project completion to steady-state operations
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Operations leaders to manage and prioritize the infrastructure project backlog
  • Align initiatives with strategic priorities, operational needs, and resource capacity
  • Support sequencing and execution of work to maximize delivery efficiency and value
  • Provide visibility into backlog status, tradeoffs, and timelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including IT leadership and business partners
  • Provide clear and consistent communication on project status, risks, and outcomes
  • Translate technical details into business-relevant insights to support decision-making
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and manage stakeholder expectation
  • Contribute to the advancement of IT project management practices, standards, and tools
  • Support improvements in project intake, backlog management, prioritization, and reporting
