Job Purpose: - The IT Infrastructure Engineer at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for ensuring the robustness, efficiency, and security of our IT infrastructure. This role involves assessing and optimizing system performance, designing and implementing infrastructure solutions, and maintaining high availability to support the organization's operational needs. The engineer will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any infrastructure-related issues. Required Skills and Abilities: - TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess infrastructure needs and propose effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external vendors. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency in managing and supporting complex IT systems and infrastructure. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
