Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, & Flexible Shifts Available (2 to 12-hour shifts)
Feeling Burnt Out by Other Companies? We Hear You.

If you are exhausted by understaffed shifts, chaotic facility ratios, or care agencies that treat you like a number on a spreadsheet, itโ€™s time for a change. Caregiver burnout is real, and it usually happens when management stops listening.
At Executive Home Care, we do things differently. We focus on one-on-one home care, allowing you to slow down and actually connect with the person you are helping. No rushing between dozens of call bells. No mandated double shifts. Just meaningful care, a supportive office team that has your back, and a schedule that respects your life outside of work.
How We Fight Burnout (Our Benefits):

  • Real Work-Life Balance: Choose shifts (2 to 12 hours) that actually suit your lifestyle.
  • Competitive Wages: Earn $18.00 - $20.00 per hour with regular opportunities for merit-based raisesโ€”because feeling valued starts with your paycheck.
  • On-Demand Pay:ย  You can access a portion of your earned wages whenever you need it โ€” no waiting for payday. Itโ€™s a free benefit designed to help with unexpected expenses and everyday financial flexibility.
  • Travel Reimbursement: $0.725 per mile mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle for client authorized services
  • A Team That Listens: Open-door management, regular check-ins, employee recognition programs, and 24/7 on-call support so you are never left hanging in the field.
  • Perks & Safety: Referral bonuses, ongoing company-paid training, and necessary PPE & uniform provided.
Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Caregiver, you will provide peaceful, dedicated personal care and companion support to one client at a time in the comfort of their own home.
  • Companionship & Connection: Engage clients in meaningful conversation, puzzles, walks, and activities to keep them socially active and mentally sharp.
  • Personal Care Support: Provide respectful, dignified help with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and safe mobility/transfers.
  • Meal Prep: Assist with meal planning and cooking according to dietary preferences; encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a calm, clean, and safe living environment by handling light laundry, washing dishes, and keeping tidy.
  • Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders for clients to take their prescribed medications.
  • Transportation: Accompany or drive clients to local medical appointments, grocery shopping, or essential social outings.
  • Clinical Observation:ย  Observe and report any visible changes in the clientโ€™s physical or emotional health to our supportive care management team.
Job Requirements (Qualifications):

  • 1+ years of experience as a caregiver, personal care aide (PCA), or home health aide (HHA) preferred (personal experience caring for a loved one counts!).
  • Current certification in CPR and First Aid (Preferred).
  • A deeply compassionate, patient attitude and a desire for a healthier work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
