The IT Helpdesk Administrator will be responsible for the deployment and management of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, network, telephony). The Help Desk Administrator will maintain an internal user base of primarily virtual desktop users across 7 branches from a central location in Addison Texas. This job requires a customer oriented mindset.

IT Helpdesk Administrator:

  • Take inbound calls or emails and work to resolve issues via internal and remote support tools
  • Monitor the Help Desk ticket system Zendesk, work to resolve and clear alerts daily
  • Setup new user equipment, trouble shoot user accounts, printers, and password resets
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
  • Create, maintain or adjust Best Practices
  • Work After Hours and Weekends when required
  • Provide all Tier 1 level support. Assist in escalating calls as needed

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency with Windows
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Profound logic and troubleshooting skills for software and hardware

Additional Skills Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with users, and co workers
  • Understand and practice phone and email etiquette
  • Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
  • Any other duties as needed
  • Background Check and Drug Screen required
