In this role, you will lead internal IT projects, serve as a liaison between departments, and drive business process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead internal IT projects from initiation through completion, including effective coordination with vendors.
โ€ข Serve as a trusted liaison between business departments, IT teams, and third-party partners to ensure projects deliver real business value.
โ€ข Manage timelines, testing, implementation, and clear documentation.
โ€ข Drive business process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and the customer/employee experience.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of progressive IT experience.
โ€ข Proven ability to lead IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
โ€ข Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
โ€ข Strong communication and documentation skills โ€” able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
โ€ข Hands-on experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.
Preferred:
