Interns typically assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responding to user inquiries, and maintaining IT systems within an organization. This role provides valuable exposure to real-world technical problems, customer service practices, and professional workplace environments. Interns often work under the supervision of experienced IT staff and may have opportunities to learn about networking, cybersecurity, and system administration. Completing an IT Helpdesk Internship can help build foundational skills for a future career in IT.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an IT Helpdesk intern?
