In this role, you will lead a range of technology initiatives that support critical clinical and operational systems across the organization, including enterprise application deployments, integrations within our Epic electronic medical record system, and infrastructure or technology implementations.
You will work closely with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to guide initiatives from planning through implementation, navigating the dependencies and cross-team coordination required to deliver technology solutions in a complex healthcare environment.

Job Overview
  • Lead complex enterprise healthcare IT initiatives that support clinical and business systems across the organization
  • Deliver projects involving Epic integrations, application deployments, system integrations, and infrastructure implementations
  • Partner with executive sponsors, clinical leaders, and technology teams to align priorities, guide key decisions, and maintain momentum across initiatives
  • Provide senior oversight of delivery including scope alignment, resource planning, risk management, and financial project performance
  • Mentor and support other project managers while contributing to the continued maturity of PMO standards and delivery practices
  • Support portfolio planning efforts including project intake, prioritization, and sequencing of major technology initiatives

What You Will Do
  • Lead complex initiatives from planning through implementation across application, integration, infrastructure, and operational teams
  • Navigate cross-system dependencies associated with Epic, enterprise applications, and business or clinical technologies
  • Establish clear delivery structure including timelines, resource expectations, and execution approach for multi-team initiatives
  • Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes that impact enterprise technology delivery
  • Provide concise updates and decision support to sponsors and leadership throughout the lifecycle of initiatives
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring external partners are aligned with project goals and delivery expectations

What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex IT initiatives within enterprise or healthcare environments
  • Experience working within healthcare technology environments, including electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) platforms such as Epic or similar systems preferred
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives concurrently within enterprise technology environments
  • Experience working with vendors or consulting partners supporting technology implementations
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) preferred
  • PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
