The Role - Project Manager - Technology Services
The Technology Services Project Manager is responsible for leading Low Voltage and Technology Systems projects from handoff through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role oversees project planning, financial performance, field operations, customer relationships, and team development while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong leadership, financial accountability, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
  • Plan, execute, and complete multiple concurrent Low Voltage/Technology projects, hitting annual established targets.
  • Develop project schedules, manpower plans, procurement strategies, and commissioning plans.
  • Coordinate internally and externally with estimating, engineering, accounting, and warehouse, owners, GCs and other trades.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and closeout meetings.
  • Manage change orders proactively. (scope, pricing, documentation, approval)
  • Track labor productivity, material costs, subcontractor costs, and gross margin.
  • Direct and support foremen and technicians across multiple job sites.
  • Ensure workforce productivity, adherence to drawings/specs, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned projects during duration of project.
  • Enforce company safety policies and jobsite best practices.

What You Bring (Required Experience)
  • 5+ years of project leadership experience in Low Voltage/Technology Systems.
  • Proven experience in Structured Cabling, Fiber, DAS, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Security, & Paging.
  • The ability to read drawings, specs, and coordinate technical scopes.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations, codes, and safety.
  • Comfortable holding direct reports accountable to project targets.
  • Financial Acumen: job cost tracking, forecasting, margin protection, etc.
