The IT Service Desk Technician is a member of the DRSS IT team, responsible for providing timely
and effective technical support to students and staff. This role supports the daily use of school
technologies including computers, audiovisual equipment, network connectivity, and a variety of
software applications used in a K-12 educational environment.
The analyst will document all support interactions thoroughly using the service management system-
clearly detailing the issue, troubleshooting steps, communications, asset details, and resolution. The
ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who follows established protocols, contributes to process
improvements, and is passionate about learning and supporting others.
