ComResource is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage cyber systems for utility clients.
  • Conduct cybersecurity risk analysis and gap assessments.
  • Develop and document cybersecurity policies, procedures, and plans.
  • Configure and install cybersecurity tools and systems, including firewalls, antivirus, encryption, and authentication.
  • Perform vulnerability scanning, review cybersecurity frameworks, and support incident response.
  • Train and educate staff on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
  • Serve as the day-to-day administrator of various hosted customer cybersecurity platforms.

Essentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in the utility sector.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, and NERC.
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and VPN.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Desired:
