The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, through face-to-face interaction. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide rental back-up, service customers and deliver administrative support in our airport location.
This position is located at our office at Islip MacArthur (ISP) Airport: 150 Arrival Ave, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779.
This is a full-time (40 hour/week) position with a flexible schedule within our operating hours of 8am-12am.
The starting rate of pay is $19.00 per hour. Employees can earn yearly merit increases based on performance.

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
  • Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
  • Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have at least 2 years of college and/or customer service experience combined
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted, U.S. driver's license.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work 40 hours within our operating hours of 8am-12am
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
