Job Title: Calibration Technician - Electrical and Mechanical
Location: Hilliard, OH
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 40-50 hrs/week
Pay rate: $24-$28/hr

Position Overview:

Join our team as an Electrical/ Mechanical Calibration Technician ensuring the accuracy of cutting-edge measurement instruments. Work in a dynamic environment while advancing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, power supplies, torque devices, dimensional tools, etc.)
  • Calibrate primary, secondary, and working standards.
  • Generate calibration reports and certificates, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Perform regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on calibration procedures and improvements.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Assist with audits by providing technical guidance and expertise

All calibration work is NIST-traceable and A2LA-accredited to ISO/IEC 17025.  

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven work experience in electrical, temperature, torque, and physical dimensional calibration.
  • Preferred: DOD, PMEL, or military calibration background
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship/Permanent Resident status required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
