The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing payroll in a corporate accounting office covering payroll, and monthly commissions for 500 employees and multiple locations.


  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, commissions, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and benefits changes.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

  • Requirements
    • At least 2 years of commission based payroll experience
    • ADP Workforce now experience
    • Experience working in an automotive sales and service environment highly desirable
    • CDK experience is desirable
    • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
    • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skill
