Description of Position
The Accounting Specialist will support the companyโs financial functions by managing daily payment activities. This role will also provide administrative support services within the framing division for the purpose of ensuring contractual compliance.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to accurately perform a wide range of diverse administrative duties; Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of roles, standard operating procedures, and the importance of other business functions; Adjust appropriately to client and project demands to add value to support services
Demonstrate proficient computer and software skills, general use of accounting, contract/purchase order, and project management software systems; Ability to analyze data and apply critical thinking skills effectively; Demonstrate willingness to adapt to use of new technology solutions
