Program Manager


We are hiring for a Program Manager. The Program Manager provides strategic leadership to project teams, manages schedules and budgets, oversees deliverables, and ensures work is completed in accordance with contractual requirements, organizational objectives, and industry best practices.


This person will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, management, and successful delivery of programs and projects. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and is responsible for ensuring contract compliance, quality assurance, staffing, risk management, and customer satisfaction.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and management for program personnel and project teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and monitor all program activities to ensure successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Manage program budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact program success.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports, project documentation, and status updates.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, organizational policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Promote continuous process improvement and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience managing programs or projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.

Required Certification

Candidates must possess one of the following current project management certifications: Two certificates or more is beneficial and specialized in Healthcare is a plus

  • PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
