Holistic Industries is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end-to-end incoming financial transactions for the company. This person will manage a team of specialists, optimizes working capital and cash flow, reconciles complex accounts, and drives system modernization or ERP implementations

Your Impact

  • Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day guidance
  • Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
  • Monitor payment cycles and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), helping optimize cash flow and working capital
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and purchasing-related concerns
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Help modernize financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and support ERP implementations and system improvement initiatives

Your Strengths

  • Experience leading accounts payable operations with a strong understanding of invoice processing, payment management, reconciliations, and vendor relations
  • Comfortable working within ERP systems and advanced Excel functions to analyze data and improve operational performance
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, GAAP, and compliance requirements
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred, 3+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience
