An Investment Sales Analyst is responsible for supporting the sale and acquisition of investment properties by conducting financial analysis, market research, and due diligence. They typically prepare financial models, valuation reports, and presentations to help clients and senior brokers make informed decisions. Additionally, they often assist in coordinating transactions, gathering and analyzing data, and tracking market trends to identify investment opportunities.
