Investment Sales Assistant 


Rapid Fire Home Buyers is one of the fastest-growing real estate investment companies in Kentucky and a proud Inc. 5000 company. We specialize in buying and selling residential investment properties and connecting investors with high-quality real estate opportunities. We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Investment Sales Assistant Intern to support our Investment  Sales team in our Lexington office. This role will work directly with Andy Klunder, our Lexington Investment Sales Specialist,  assisting with day-to-day activities that help source investors, market deals, and facilitate property showings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in real estate investing, sales, and entrepreneurship to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. 


Responsibilities 

• Research and identify potential real estate investors in the Lexington and  Central Kentucky market 

• Build and maintain a list of prospective investors and assist with outreach 

• Attend real estate auctions, open houses, and local networking events to  meet potential investors 

• Represent Rapid Fire Home Buyers in a professional and friendly manner 

• Schedule and conduct showings of investment properties for interested  buyers 

• Communicate key investment details to prospective buyers and gather  feedback 

• Assist with marketing investment opportunities on the company website,  email campaigns, social media, and other channels

Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm). 15+ house per week minimum Pay: Performance-based
