Job description

About the Role:
As a CBRE Investment Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for underwriting, market research, production of offering materials, preparing broker opinions of value (BOV), managing due diligence, and participating in pitches.
You will be supporting a national investment sales team that represents investors in the selling of commercial real estate.
What You'll Do:
• Assist in preparation of client and marketing materials
• Oversee the underwriting process from start to finish and present valuations to the team for review.
• Manage presentation and proposal processes from inception to completion; prepare complex presentations and proposals for new business development; provide recommendations with a focus on materials that meet branding and messaging standards.
• Review internal/external collateral materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding; approve materials for distribution (i.e., marketing and creative output for projects).
• Prepare complex reports/analysis for review by Producers. Interface with clients, local market partners and other teams to complete tasks as a group.
• Create and manage the following processes: underwriting, broker opinion of value, offering memorandum production, marketing, and/or due diligence. Report project status updates, performance and escalate issues to senior leadership management and other key project stakeholders.
• Evaluate data and prepare in depth real estate reports.
• Participate in contract negotiations and due diligence.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.
• Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Prepare and distribute marketing materials.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Understand existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Proficiency in Argus Enterprise (AE) preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The minimum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Investment Sales Analyst position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
