Job description

Location: Manhattan Midtown, NYC
Type: Part-time & Full-time
Start: Immediate

Opening soon. We are hiring qualified kitchen professionals only for cook, assistant cook, and prep positions.

Requirements

  • Proven kitchen experience required

  • Experience with tapas, Mediterranean, Portuguese or Spanish cuisine a strong plus

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of FIFO, food safety, and sanitation standards

  • Food Safety Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, structured kitchen

  • Weekend and evening availability preferred

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
