Job Summary:
Inverse Technology Solutions is a fast-growing IT service provider for Nationwide Businesses and Fortune 500 Companies. They are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot computer issues, manage support tickets, and assist with various hardware and software problems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Respond to and resolve end-user technical support requests in a timely manner.
โ€ข Create, document, track, and update support tickets through the company ticketing system.
โ€ข Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, software, and peripheral device issues.
โ€ข Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and business applications.
โ€ข Provide support for Microsoft Windows environments, email systems, and common productivity software.
โ€ข Assist with user account administration, password resets, and access management.
โ€ข Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when necessary.
โ€ข Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support procedures.
โ€ข Support hardware deployments, upgrades, and workstation replacements.
โ€ข Provide exceptional customer service while communicating technical information to non-technical users.
โ€ข Participate in after-hours and on-call support is required.
