The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels across all retail channels for Inter Miami CF. This role ensures that merchandise is properly received, tracked, organized, and replenished to support game-day operations and daily sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sports environment.ย 


Key Responsibilitiesย 

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips.ย 
  • Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using inventory management systems and POS tools.ย 
  • Organize and stock merchandise in storage areas and on the sales floor in alignment with visual merchandising standards.ย 
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory audits.ย 
  • Identify discrepancies and investigate inventory variances.ย 
  • Coordinate timely restocking of high-demand items, especially during match days and special events.ย 
  • Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure optimal product availability.ย 
  • Oversee part-time inventory staff to ensure efficient daily operations and workflow execution.ย 
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock or overstock situations.ย 
  • Assist with transfers between locations and returns to vendors when necessaryย 
  • Ensure stockroom cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times.ย 
  • Support loss prevention efforts by following inventory control procedures.ย 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferredย 
  • 1-3 years of inventory, warehouse, or retail stock experience (sports retail a plus)ย 
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS softwareย 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsย 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and game daysย 
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in both indoor and outdoor settings up to 50 lbs.ย 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentย
