This position is eligible for a $500 sign on bonus (to be received upon hire) and $1,000 stay on bonus (to be received after 6 months of employment).

Join our team as a Inventory Technician, where you'll ensure smooth inventory operations by verifying incoming materials, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in Oracle. What You Will Do
  • System Updates: Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
  • Inventory Processing: Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit's commercial requirements.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
  • Material Handling: Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Track critical raw materials and products, notifying departments of shortages or irregularities.

What You Will Bring
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: 1+ year in materials or warehouse role, with experience doing cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
  • Project Management: Skilled with handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Software: Proficient in Oracle and Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.
