General Contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager in St. Louis, MO with multi-family project experience. Opportunity to work for a premier commercial builder in industry. Client Details Our client is a premier Multifamily Developer/GC with an booming pipeline growing across the Midwest and Southeast. They are in continual growth mode and are in need of a Project Manager to help support this growth in the local area. Their project work consists of luxury Multifamily projects with apartment complexes and townhomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team as a leader and be apart of their winning, positive culture. Description Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include the following: Responsible for leading all construction activity and project planning. Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work. Monitor project forecast and fulfill job cost responsibilities. Conduct weekly job site meetings on site with superintendents. Organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results. Meet with potential clients to discuss upcoming work. Mentor and guide all members of the project team. Profile In return for a competitive compensation package, the successful Project Manager will possess the following: Degree in Construction Management or similar degree. 2-5+ years of Project Management experience. Ability to run a multifamily ground-up project cradle to grave Previous Multi-Family experience is a must Experience running projects at $20M+ range. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
