Owner's Rep

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the Indianapolis market. This team partners closely with owners and stakeholders, providing high-level guidance across the full project lifecycle-from early planning through final delivery.

The firm has a strong footprint in healthcare and other commercial sectors, supporting a wide range of technically demanding projects. 


What You'll Do

  • Lead projects from pre-development and due diligence through construction and closeout
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping drive strategy, decision-making, and execution
  • Manage budgets, schedules, consultants, and overall project performance
  • Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk management
  • Maintain strong communication across all parties in complex, multi-phase projects

What We're Looking For

  • 8-12+ years of experience in construction, development, or project management
  • Proven experience delivering healthcare projects (hospitals, ASC's, medical office, etc.)
  • Background in owner's rep, construction management, or consulting environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of preconstruction, design coordination, and project execution
  • Ability to lead high-level conversations with clients and project stakeholders
  • Experience managing fast-paced, detail-oriented projects with multiple moving parts
