TheInventory Control Coordinatorplans, controls and maintains proper inventory levels within ERP system. Performs a variety of Supply Chain department functions including receiving incoming supplies, inventory control, support and maintain PAR level locations, issue and fill departmental requisitions, deliver supplies, and provide clerical and ERP duties to assist in maintaining the proper quality and quantity of medical supplies for patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

  • Submit requisitions to replenish stock

  • Restock inventory

  • Control inventory PAR levels to ensure the correct volume of supplies is available

  • Adjust reorder timeframes to maintain adequate inventory and performs cycle counting.

  • Utilize ERP and Supply Chain Analyst reporting tools to provide quality improvement and accuracy to maintain inventory

  • Assist other departments with supply issues

  • Collaborate with department leadership for issues and concerns

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • 2 Years of inventory management experience preferred
