Your Role You will support daily inventory accuracy activities across warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials are properly tracked and accounted for You will perform cycle counts, update ERP/WMS records, and assist with inventory reconciliation efforts to maintain system integrity You will identify and report inventory discrepancies while supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions You will partner with Warehouse, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service to ensure accurate material flow and availability You will validate picking accuracy and confirm proper material staging to support production and customer requirements You will maintain organized inventory storage areas, accurate labeling, and proper material identification You will document all inventory movements, counts, and adjustments in a clear and accurate manner You will follow established processes while contributing ideas for continuous improvement within inventory operations You are committed to maintaining accuracy, consistency, and organization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Your Profile You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional experience or training in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage You have gained 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, materials handling, or inventory-related roles You have basic experience working with ERP or WMS systems and are comfortable with inventory transactions and data entry You demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, tracking, and documentation tasks You possess solid organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with a high level of focus You communicate effectively across teams and are comfortable working with Warehouse, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service You are dependable, proactive, and willing to learn new systems, tools, and processes You are able to work both independently and as part of a team while following established procedures Our Offer Join our dedicated team of passionate colleagues who take pride in maintaining accurate and efficient operations every day.
