Job description

The Schebler Company is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented professional to join the team as an Inventory Analyst within our Operations group.

This role plays an important part in supporting production by helping maintain accurate inventory levels, improving inventory processes, and ensuring materials are where they need to be when they need to be there.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing inventory levels and trends
  • Conducting cycle counts and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining accuracy within ERP/inventory systems
  • Supporting inventory control and material flow processes
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics, and Quality teams
  • Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

We're looking for someone who:
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Has experience with ERP/inventory systems and Excel
• Thrives in a manufacturing environment
