Material Coordinator (Inventory Focus) – Contract

Location: Davenport, IA (Onsite)

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Hours: 40–50 hours/week, with overtime and some weekends as needed


Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position (now or in the future).


About the Opportunity

A well-established manufacturing operation in the Davenport area is bringing on a Material Coordinator / Inventory Analyst to support their inventory accuracy efforts. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you’ll dig into data, identify discrepancies, and help improve processes that directly impact production.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes
  • Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve production inventory issues
  • Pull and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and other teams to resolve issues
  • Help drive process improvements to reduce errors and inefficiencies


Schedule & Work Environment

  • Primarily 1st shift, but must be flexible
  • Overtime and occasional weekend work are common
  • Schedule may adjust based on production needs
  • Steel-toed/metatarsal footwear required on day one
