Job description

Supports the accuracy and maintenance of telecommunications inventory, procurement, and financial tracking processes across telecom, network, and operational technology environments. Performs entry-level activities to assist in monitoring, recording, and maintaining telecommunications assets, invoices, and related documentation. Works under direction of senior analysts and partners with internal stakeholders to support operational efficiency and cost control.

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications concepts, inventory tracking, invoicing processes, or financial reporting preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration platforms; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion) preferred.
  • Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to follow established processes and work under direction while developing technical and analytical skills.
  • Assist in maintaining telecommunications inventory records, including monitoring, updating, and verifying asset and service data. (25%)
  • Support vendor and carrier invoice processing by reviewing invoices for completeness and escalating discrepancies, errors, or billing questions for resolution. (20%)
  • Assist with procurement activities, including creating purchase requisitions, tracking orders, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders on order status and delivery updates. (20%)
  • Maintain financial tracking tools, documentation, and reports to support capital and operational expense tracking, including basic cost allocation and data entry. (15%)
  • Support audit and compliance activities by gathering documentation and assisting with validation of telecommunications records and invoices. (10%)
