About the Role

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across operations while partnering with purchasing, planning, and manufacturing to improve efficiency and minimize variances.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, stock items, and finished goods
  • Monitor and enforce processes for all inventory transactions
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Support cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and audits
  • Analyze slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
  • Minimize inventory loss through best supply chain practices
  • Recommend improvements to inventory lifecycle and processes
  • Review inventory levels to reduce excess or obsolete stock
  • Assist with updates and changes to work orders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, planning, and production
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of inventory control, planning, or manufacturing experience
  • ERP experience (JDE preferred)
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to analyze data and resolve issues quickly
