Location: Waterloo, IA (Onsite)
Pay: $26-$28/hr + Benefits
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an Inventory Analyst III to support inventory accuracy, material flow, and inventory reconciliation activities within a fast-paced production environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with inventory, materials, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain experience who enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inventory and material processes to ensure system inventory matches physical inventory
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
  • Reconcile inventory variances and implement corrective actions
  • Partner with materials, manufacturing, and auditing teams to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Support monthly and annual inventory audits
  • Analyze inventory data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes
