JOB SUMMARY:

Partner with the Global Brand Assurance team for successful implementation of global and destination agendas by leading multi-disciplined global brand assurance efforts to maintain global integrity of the portfolio and destination brands in all internal, guest-facing and third-party created communications. Assist team efforts as the primary global point of contact for portfolio and destination brand standards enabling each destination to operate locally with consistent brand compliance principles, resources and expertise provided by the UDX Brand Assurance team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist team with managing internal compliance and creative project requests through the project management system and direct vendor coordination.
  • Help maintain and update Brand Portals, Brand Guidelines website and Global Brand Assurance reference materials (including style guide development).
  • Help with securing, tracking and auditing all UDX font licenses for accurate font governance.
  • Assist with Global Brand Assurance initiatives and requests, including asset retrieval, responding to brand-related inquiries, and supporting the GNA team with back-of-house due diligence and presentation development.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Junior or above.
  • Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. 
  • A transcript is required upon application.

  • Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
  • Preferred majors include: Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Business, Marketing, Communications, Legal IP coursework preferred
  • Computer skills preferably in Microsoft Office tools - excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
  • Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university and must have a graduation date later than April 2027.
  • Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
  • All our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
