Location: New York City, NY, USA (5 Days/Week On-site)

Expected start date to end date: August 24th, 2026 - August 20th, 2027

Expectations & Tasks 

Tasks include but are not limited to:

 Support operational cross-Global Sponsorships projects and key sources including playbooks.
 Support digital and social media strategy and execution in collaboration with SAP Social Media
 Syndicate partnership stories across internal channels
 Work with activation leads to align digital activations into the overall activation plan and use of contractual assets.
 Standardization of templates across Global Sponsorships documentation 
 Simple video editing
 Manage employee engagement across North America partnerships
 Create process documentation for Global ticketing platform; to be rollout internally
 Optimize global sponsorships team communication across consolidated documents
 Streamline cross partner project across global sponsorships team
