Our work supports organizations in moving beyond performative equity efforts toward meaningful, sustainable systems transformation rooted in justice, healing, accountability, and collective care.As our consulting division continues to grow, we are seeking a strategic, relationship-oriented, and results-driven Consulting Sales & Strategic Partnerships Manager to help strengthen our sales infrastructure, expand partnerships, and increase consulting revenue nationally.Position OverviewThis role is focused on consulting package sales, pipeline management, relationship advancement, and strategic growth.You will help move organizations from initial interest to signed consulting contracts by managing sales momentum, strengthening follow-through, cultivating partnerships, and helping guide prospective clients through the sales process.This role complements our existing Partnership Development Specialist role, which is focused more heavily on relationship cultivation, community engagement, and visibility-building. This position is more heavily focused on sales strategy, pipeline movement, package sales, and conversion.This is intentionally not an administrative support role.
