Fall 2026 Internship: Integrated Marketing
August - December | Flexible Start/End Dates (potential to extend for Spring semester)
Location: Miami, FL or Remote (Onsite, Hybrid, or Fully Remote)
Time Commitment: Minimum 24 hours/week (40 preferred)

Who We're Looking For
You're a curious, detail-loving communicator and writer who's ready to learn fast and think big. To thrive in this position, you are proactive, organized, creatively driven, and genuinely interested in how agency marketing, business development, content, social media, PR and digital strategy work together to grow brands.
Responsibilities
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives across agency marketing, social media, website content, email marketing and new business efforts.
  • Help manage and update CRM and marketing databases
  • Conduct research, tracking and reporting for marketing projects, campaigns, and new business pitches
  • Work within our social media management platform and assist with content creation, caption writing, scheduling and performance tracking
  • Support development of marketing materials including emails, presentations, case studies, award submissions and website content

Requirements
  • College student or recent grad
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or a related field strongly preferred
  • Sharp written and verbal communication with an eagle eye for grammar, accuracy and detail
  • Highly resourceful and organized with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal skills, results-oriented, persistent
  • Tech savvy and embraces AI thoughtfully
  • Experience in HubSpot, WordPress, social media management tools, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
