About the Internship & Co-op Program
Westmag offers exciting Internship and Co-op opportunities for students eager to gain hands-on experience in the fields of engineering, operations, product development, and business functions. Interns and co-op students will work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to impactful projects that support Westmag's mission to innovate in drone motor manufacturing.
Role Description
  • Assist engineering teams in design, testing, and analysis of drone motors and robotic actuators.
  • Support operations with process improvements, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Gain practical experience in advanced manufacturing and product development environments.
  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and research tasks as assigned.

Requirements
Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to Engineering, Operations, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Strong interest in robotics, drone technology, manufacturing, or technology startups.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant tools or software (CAD, Excel, data analysis, etc.) preferred but not required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship/co-op period.
