Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help maintain, repair, and support automated equipment such as conveyor systems and basic robotics used in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in hands-on technical work and starting a career in automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot conveyor systems
Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
Assist with installation and repair of:
Sensors (photo-eyes, proximity sensors)
Motors and motor starters
Switches, relays, and control components
Identify issues and report equipment problems
Work closely with operations and maintenance team members
Keep work areas clean and organized
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
13 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical work
(Trade school, internships, or entry-level roles count)Basic understanding of tools and equipment
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical field
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Coursework or degree in mechanical, electrical, or robotics-related field
Experience with conveyor systems or automation equipment
Basic knowledge of electrical systems or troubleshooting
Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (CMMS)
Previous experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours
Ability to lift up to 49 lbs
Frequent bending, reaching, climbing, and kneeling
Comfortable working in industrial conditions (heat, cold, noise, dust)
