• Conduct thorough initial assessments with new clients to determine their needs, goals, and challenges, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.
• Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families using various evidence-based approaches suited to each client’s needs, addressing issues such as communication, conflict resolution, and emotional regulation.
• Engage in regular collaborations with a network of mental health professionals, including psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Stay abreast of current best practices, emerging research, and trends within the marriage and family therapy field to ensure your treatment strategies are up-to-date.
• Uphold the ethical guidelines of the profession, ensuring confidentiality and respecting client rights at all times.

Your role will directly impact a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is essential.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting where you have delivered marriage and family therapy services.
• Demonstrated experience working with varied populations, understanding the unique challenges faced by different demographic groups.
• Proficient knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning utilizing the DSM-5 to inform evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Capacity to work independently while also being a collaborative team player who thrives in a remote environment.
• Flexibility to adjust to varying schedules and client demands.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems for effective documentation and communication.

• Experience with specialized populations, such as those dealing with trauma, LGBTQ+ clients, or minority groups, is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in training or supervising interns or less experienced clinicians can be an advantage.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) may enhance your service delivery.
