As part of a detox center, you will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and peer support specialists, all dedicated to delivering comprehensive care.

• Provide intensive counseling, psychotherapy, and case management for clients, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct thorough mental status examinations to identify changes in client conditions and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document case notes, progress reports, and treatment plans with clarity and professionalism, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage high-stress situations empathetically, utilizing de-escalation techniques to calm distressed clients and identify viable solutions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to create coordinated care plans that address clients' holistic needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions in both individual and group contexts, adapting techniques as required to suit each client’s situation.
• Engage in knowledge sharing with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness of the team and the quality of patient care provided.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with addiction, mental health disorders, and related challenges at our detox center. This patient demographic requires sensitivity, understanding, and a tailored approach to treatment, as many clients face complex and multifaceted issues. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be essential in supporting their recovery journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active Pennsylvania clinical social work license (LCSW) with the capability to practice independently.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy in interactions with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, maintaining effective prioritization in a remote work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, preferably within a mental health or addiction recovery setting.
• Experience working in a detox or substance abuse facility, understanding the specific needs associated with addiction recovery.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to maintain documentation and client records proficiently.
