About the Role
As a Product Development Intern you will be responsible to organize, catalogue, and archive samples to ensure Designers and Developers are able to access samples easily. You will report directly to the Head of Product Development and receive direction from both The Head of Product Development and the Product Development Manager. This will be a 8 week internship with possibility to extend based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain all product samples, ensuring they are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable
  • Manage sample inventory, tracking movement between teams and external partners
  • Archive samples, materials, and references maintaining a well-structured and up to date library.
  • Assist in developing and improving organizational systems for samples and material records for the product development team
  • Assist in sending and receiving packages for product development team

Key Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in PLM systems, Google Workspace, Excel, or similar data management tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, product development processes, product life cycle is a plus!
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Interest in product development, fashion, or design
