Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
Prepare general ledger journal entries
Prepare responses to audit requests from internal and external auditors
Field questions from stakeholders within the organization to provide insights and escalate issues to management when necessary
Effectively communicate with stakeholders across the business
Understand payroll laws and regulations impacting the business and employees, including the financial impact
Ability to prioritize and multitask while producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
