With a strong background in market intelligence, digital marketing, and analytics, the Sr. Spanish Marketing Specialist provides insights and recommendations to strengthen NSK's market position, understand competitor activity, identify new and strategic customers, and initiate campaigns to increase market share.

This role operates with a dual mandate to drive both localized regional marketing success and functional excellence across the Americas. As the regional owner for both MNSK & NLA, this position provides end-to-end marketing support and strategy localization. Functionally, this role serves as the Americas Creative Lead, dedicating a portion of their capacity to driving cross-regional excellence and providing specialized support to the broader marketing team.

REGION: MNSK (MEXICO) & NLA (LATIN AMERICA)

Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Ownership (MNSK & NLA)

  • Provide full, end-to-end marketing support and strategic guidance for the MNSK and NLA regions.
  • Drive omnichannel marketing campaigns tailored to the MNSK and NLA market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Manage the localization (translation and regional relevancy) of technical literature, digital content, and marketing collateral to ensure regional relevance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with local growth targets, efficiency, and revenue goals.
  • Distributor Marketing Execution - execute joint marketing plans, localized co-branded campaigns, and manage regional co-op marketing investments to accelerate demand generation and ensure consistent brand representation within the territory.
  • Social Media Management - develop and manage the MNSK and NLA social media presence, including the creation of editorial calendars, ongoing content development, and end-to-end platform execution to drive engagement.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and budgets, adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership - lead and mentor regional marketing employees, including but not limited to interns and junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
  • Customer Experience (CX) Management - support regional CX initiatives by executing localized Net Promoter Score (NPS) and CSAT surveys, analyzing regional feedback, and monitoring MNSK/NLA digital communication channels (e.g., website chat).

Americas Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary creative lead for the Americas region, conceptualizing and designing high-quality assets for omnichannel campaigns (social and digital ads, email, web, collateral).
  • Develop high-impact sales enablement materials, static images, and video ads for promotion.
  • Develop, enforce, and police corporate brand guidelines across all internal and external communications.
  • Provide strategic design guidance and mentorship to regional counterparts.

Key Competencies for Success

  • Matrix Leadership - proven ability to navigate a matrixed environment, driving creative and design function for the Americas and seamlessly supporting cross-regional peers.
  • Agility & Adaptability - skill in balancing high-level, cross-Americas strategic initiatives with the localized, tactical needs of the MNSK/NLA market.
  • Customer Orientation - deep localized understanding of both the end-user and sales channel needs to create highly effective marketing and enablement tools.
  • Project Management - high capability to independently manage complex workflows, vendor relationships, and budgets without letting administrative tasks derail strategic priorities.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience - minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relate4d field, with at least 7 years of experience in marketing strategy, budget management, and campaign planning and execution.
  • Core Marketing Technology (essential for executing localized initiatives) - high working proficiency within a digital marketing stack such as HubSpot, Wistia, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), organic and paid social media management tools, digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and a strong proficiency in using generative AI tools to develop and optimize high-quality marketing content.
