Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in an on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This internship role includes assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication, and helping prepare HR documents and reports. The intern will assist in onboarding activities, help with employee benefits documentation, and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities may include helping organize employee engagement initiatives, responding to basic HR inquiries, and collaborating with team members on special HR projects. This internship is designed to provide practical, hands-on experience in a professional HR environment.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in HR Management practice
  • Familiarity with HR Policies and basic compliance considerations
  • Awareness of Employee Benefits administration and related documentation
  • Exposure to Personnel Management principles and employee lifecycle processes
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and comfort learning new systems
  • Demonstrated reliability, professional behavior, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
