Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
The Consultant, Employer Branding is responsible for planning, crafting, and delivering employment brand marketing materials across multiple platforms. Employees in this role will help support all employment brand initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and alignment, as well as drive brand awareness to increase attraction across all talent profiles.What Will You Do?
  • Participate in the development and implementation of creative sourcing plans for high volume and specialized positions, including the use of social media and email marketing tools.
  • Generate messaging and creative content that resonates across multiple audiences and communication vehicles, including current and future employees, social media, job boards, and diverse channels.
  • Support the development of recruitment specific copywriting (i.e., careers blog, email marketing, web, and social media copy).
  • Contribute to the organization and creation of platform content, optimization, reporting/analytics, content development, and updates to assigned social media channels.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in recruitment marketing, sourcing technologies, and social media to support strategy development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • 2 years of related marketing and/or communications experience, including digital and social, recruitment marketing, or employment brand experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing creative approaches to marketing communications.
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Express, InDesign, and Photoshop.

What is a Must Have?
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1 year of related marketing or communications experience (includes internships and full-time work experience).
