About the role

Help lead our culinary program to deliver memorable, resident‑centered dining that nourishes body and soul.

You’ll support menu execution, train teammates, and keep the kitchen organized, safe, and efficient.

What you’ll do

· Lead production, plating, and presentation alongside the Chef

· Support menu creation balancing nutrition, variety, and delight

· Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen teammates as assigned

· Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

· Assist with purchasing, inventory, and equipment maintenance

· Engage residents to gather feedback and elevate experiences
