Georgia Swarm Fan Engagement Intern
Season: Fall 2026
What kind of candidate are we looking for:
  • Energetic and task oriented
  • Hardworking individual with a positive attitude
  • Team player with great communication skills
  • Committed individual willing to go the extra mile
  • Goal-oriented personality

Primary Duties:
  • Interact with fans at on and off-site events to promote the Georgia Swarm brand
  • Lead data collection efforts at community events
  • Getting Georgia Swarm fans (old and new) excited and involved by means of crowd interaction and verbal communication
  • Stay up to date about what is going on within the Georgia Swarm season
  • Ensure that fans are enjoying themselves and do your best to make sure every fan leaves our events with a good impression of the Georgia Swarm
  • Assist in community event promotional item giveaways before, during, and after the events
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work select weekends and some weekdays as needed
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Able to work in inclement weather
  • Comfortable engaging with fans
  • Ability to handle little guidance or specific direction depending given tasks
  • Willing to learn about Professional Indoor Lacrosse and the NLL
  • Have a great attitude and be excited to be a part of the Georgia Swarm staff!
  • Must be able to commit to a full fall schedule
  • Applicants will need to be available September - November
